Phát triển đô thị thông minh là giải pháp tốt để giải quyết các vấn đề quá tải ở đô thị ở Việt Nam hiện nay. Phát triển đô thị thông minh là một trong những động lực quan trọng để thực hiện mục tiêu đưa Việt Nam trở thành một nước công nghiệp theo hướng hiện đại, có thu nhập cao vào năm 2045. Bài viết này tập trung phân tích và đánh giá kinh nghiệm phát triển đô thị thông minh của một số quốc gia Đông Nam Á, cũng như xu thế phát triển đô thị thông minh ở Việt Nam trong những năm qua, nhằm đề xuất một số giải pháp thúc đẩy phát triển đô thị thông minh cho Việt Nam trong tương lai.

English Summary:

Smart urban development represents a strategic approach to mitigating urban congestion challenges currently faced in Vietnam. As one of the key pillars supporting the country's aspiration to become a modern, high-income industrialized nation by 2045, the advancement of smart cities plays a crucial role in national development planning. This study aims to analyze and evaluate the experiences of smart urban development in selected Southeast Asian countries, thereby drawing lessons applicable to the Vietnamese context. Additionally, the paper examines recent trends in smart city development in Vietnam. Based on these findings, the study proposes a set of policy recommendations and strategic solutions to foster the sustainable and effective implementation of smart urban initiatives in Vietnam moving forward.
