English Summary:

The purpose of this paper is to understand the impact of digitization on supply chain efficiency under the mediation of supply chain finance. 344 employees and managers at small and medium-sized businesses in Vietnam's retail sector were interviewed for the article. The research model is a partial least squares structural model (PLS-SEM), processed by SmartPLS 4.0 software through two steps. Research results show that supply chain finance has a positive and significant impact on supply chain effectiveness. The external environment, negotiation, digitizing technologies, information sharing, and financial institutions have a positive influence on supply chain finance. The outcomes also confirmed the intermediary role of supply chain finance. The study's findings have helped demonstrate the research topic empirically in Vietnam, a developing nation with a rapidly evolving retail sector influenced by digitalization. In practice, research results are the basis for helping managers establish sustainable business strategies.
