English Summary:

This study investigates the impact of Environmental Information Disclosure (EID) on green innovation among Vietnamese listed companies from 2009 to 2023. Using Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) regression, the results reveal a significant positive relationship between EID and green innovation. The findings suggest that environmental transparency serves as a strategic tool for fostering sustainability-oriented innovation, even in the context of limited regulatory enforcement in emerging markets
