English Summary:

This research aims to analyze the impact of a multicultural environment on employee performance in multinational companies (MNCs) in Ho Chi Minh City. The author then uses SPSS and AMOS software for quantitative data analysis through the following steps: descriptive statistics, Cronbach's Alpha analysis, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), and structural equation modeling (SEM).
